Welcome to Jacobs Rotterdam. By accessing our website www.jacobsrotterdam.com or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. About Jacobs Rotterdam

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered on www.jacobsrotterdam.com and to every order placed with us.

2. Ordering

An agreement is established once you place an order and receive an order confirmation by email.
Jacobs Rotterdam reserves the right to refuse orders—for example, in the case of pricing errors or payment issues.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
Payments can be made using the methods displayed at checkout.
Prices may change, but the price shown at the time of your order will remain valid for that order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are indicative. While we aim to deliver on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Jacobs Rotterdam is not responsible or liable for lost, stolen, or missing parcels unless the customer selects insured shipping at checkout.
If the customer opts for standard (non-insured) shipping, the risk of loss transfers to the customer once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

5. Returns (14 Days)

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
Depreciation costs may be charged for items that show signs of use or damage.

6. Sale Items

Different conditions apply to sale items:

Sale items cannot be returned for a monetary refund.
Instead, you will receive a store credit/voucher equal to the purchase value.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the issue date.

7. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Warranty

You are entitled to the legal warranty applicable in the Netherlands.
Damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or incorrect maintenance is not covered by the warranty.

9. Liability

Jacobs Rotterdam is not liable for damages resulting from improper or careless use of our products.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us at support@jacobsrotterdam.com .
We aim to respond within 14 days.
If we cannot resolve the issue, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

We handle your personal data with care. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy .

12. Applicable Law

All agreements between Jacobs Rotterdam and the customer are governed by Dutch law.
