Return Policy

Returns & Refund Policy

At Jacobs Rotterdam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

Please note that returns can only be processed by mail. We do not accept or process returns in-store.


Return Period

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the returned item(s) must be received by Jacobs Rotterdam within 14 days from the delivery date.

Submitting a return request within the 14-day period does not automatically guarantee approval of your return. All return requests are reviewed by our team and must comply with the return conditions outlined below.

Returns received after the 14-day return period will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in their original condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, dust bags, accessories, and accompanying materials

Jacobs Rotterdam reserves the right to refuse any return that:

  • Shows signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or washing

  • Is incomplete or missing original packaging or accessories

  • Is received outside the applicable return period


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Jacobs Rotterdam cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


How to Return Your Order

Returning your order is simple.

  1. Log in to your account using the email address used to place your order:

  2. Select the order you would like to return.

  3. Submit your return request directly through your account.

  4. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved by our team, you will receive detailed return instructions.

  5. Carefully package the item(s) and ship them according to the provided instructions.

  6. After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or store credit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Please note:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If returned items show signs of depreciation due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, a deduction may be applied in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Returns must be sent by mail. In-store returns are not accepted.


Sale Items

Different conditions apply to discounted items.

  • Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

  • Approved returns of sale items will be issued as store credit equal to the purchase price paid.

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please return your purchase in accordance with this policy and place a new order through our website.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear

  • Socks

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Any item explicitly marked as non-returnable


Lost Return Shipments

Jacobs Rotterdam is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.

We strongly recommend using a fully trackable and insured shipping service when returning your order.
