At Jacobs Rotterdam, we aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may return it in accordance with the policy below.
Return Period (14 Days)
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In the original packaging (including tags, dust bags, accessories, etc.)
Jacobs Rotterdam reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or use.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a track & trace service to ensure safe delivery of your return.
How to Return Your Order

Send an email to support@jacobsrotterdam.com with your order number and reason for return.

You will receive return instructions.

Ship the item(s) back to us using secure packaging.

After inspection, we will process your refund or store credit.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days .

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable .

If the item shows depreciation (eg, damage or clear signs of use), we may deduct a depreciation fee.
Sale Items
Different conditions apply to discounted items:

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Instead, you will receive a store credit equal to the purchase price.

Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jacobsrotterdam.com .
Please include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Lost Return Shipments
Jacobs Rotterdam is not responsible for lost return parcels.
We strongly advise using insured and trackable shipping when returning your order.
