At Jacobs Rotterdam, we strive to process and deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you will find all information regarding our shipping methods, delivery times, and responsibilities.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.

  • Costs may vary based on destination, shipping method, and order size.


Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days .

  • Delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination country.

  • All delivery times are indicative . Jacobs Rotterdam cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier.


Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code so you can follow your parcel.


Responsibility & Insured Shipping

Jacobs Rotterdam ensures proper handling of your order until the moment it is handed over to the carrier.

Important:

  • Jacobs Rotterdam is not responsible or liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or missing unless the customer selects assured shipping at checkout.

  • When choosing standard (non-insured) shipping, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

For extra security, we recommend choosing insured shipping .


Shipping Areas

We ship within the Netherlands, throughout Europe, and to selected international destinations.
During checkout, you will automatically see whether shipping to your country is available.


Incorrect Address Information

Jacobs Rotterdam is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Please check your address carefully before completing your order.


Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jacobsrotterdam.com and include photos of the damage so we can investigate the issue.


Undeliverable Parcels (Return to Sender)

If a parcel is returned to us because:

  • it was not collected,

  • the delivery address was incorrect, or

  • the carrier was unable to deliver it,

new shipping costs will be charged to return the parcel.
