How to Return Your Order
Returning your order is simple. Log in to your Jacobs Rotterdam account using the email address used to place your order and submit your return request online.
1. LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
Use the same email address you used when placing your order.
Go to your account →2. SELECT YOUR ORDER
Choose the order you would like to return from your customer account.
3. SUBMIT YOUR RETURN REQUEST
Submit your return request directly through the customer portal. Our team will manually review every request.
4. RECEIVE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
5. SHIP YOUR RETURN
Carefully package the item(s) and send them back according to the instructions provided.
6. REFUND OR STORE CREDIT
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or store credit.
Please note: Submitting a return request does not automatically approve the return. All requests are reviewed by our team and must comply with our return policy before approval is granted.
